fork in the road
People seem to forget that they are in control of their destinies. We all lie to ourselves, its just part of our nature but at the end of the day you need to be able to recognize that you are still in control of your life. If you aren't happy, YOU have to be the one to do something to fix it. Somethings are clearly out of our hands but others are fixable but yet for some reason we turn a blind eye to the options that lay in front of us. I'm so tired of seeing the same people do the same things, make the same mistakes and then sit there and ask me what they should do. We all need a good slap in the face sometimes ya know, get our proverbial wake up call, but some people still fall into the same habits. So now here I am wondering how you tell the one person who you love the most in the world something that will break her spirit. How do you tell her that there is some truth in what she is being told and its time to man up and change or just continue down the same path of destruction she is going on. She'll never take it the right way, everyone has attempted, mostly in times of anger, but none the less efforts have been made and she remains in denial. Its easier to focus on the surface emotions of the situation rather than deal with what lies beneath and I'm getting to the point where I can't even bare to listen to another second of all this. Its breaking me down.

Is it safe to say that life is about living, but living can be scary for some...
New experiences, people, relationships, opportunities all equal uncertainty. Uncertainty, defies how we're raised, as it breaks the daily mold we've grown accustom to...taxes, retail shops, supermarkets, things, etc...
